Pinar Selek, Turkish sociologist, novelist and activist, takes us on a journey through the history of Turkey and its minorities, but also through singular lives with often tragic destinies.

Through memories and encounters, she questions the taboos of contemporary Turkish society through a story that is sometimes poetic, sometimes militant.

On stage, two actresses and musicians will take the floor to tell the story of this woman's struggle and hope. A two-voice word, sometimes spoken, sometimes sung. Carried by the bewitching accents of traditional Turkish and Armenian music.

Beyond its history, it is a powerful and humanistic testimony, whose words resonate in our societies where minorities still too often have to live in the shadows.
